The aim of such audits is to engage employees via convincing and reasoning.
Internal auditors explain their colleagues who breach safety standards how dangerous such behaviour is and what consequences it can lead to, how to avoid undesirable events, persuade to act in accordance with the H&S requirements.
During such audits, our employees of the Baltika-Samara brewery rhymed the most frequently encountered counterarguments and offered to challenge them in the format of rap battles.
The participants of the rap battle became H&S ambassadors, who not only follow norms and rules but also spread this culture in their teams.
