09.07.2010 Baltika board of directors recommends shareholder interim dividend payment for first half of 2010
On July 9, 2010, the Baltika board of directors decided to recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the first half of 2010 in the amount of RUB 42 per share (ordinary and preference) at the upcoming EGM. The EGM has been called for August 26, 2010, in the form of an absent voting.

Baltika Breweries has shipped the first container of Baltika № 7 Export, Baltika № 9 Extra, Baltika Cooler, Baltika Cooler Lime, and Nevskoe ICE to Syria. The total shipment comprises 35 000 litres.
22.06.2010 Baltika developing sales in Africa
At the beginning of June, Baltika Breweries began exporting Baltika № 7 Export, Baltika № 6 Porter, and Baltika № 9 Extra to the Democratic Republic of Congo. The first shipment consisted of 65 000 litres of beer.

At the end of May, Baltika Breweries launched a new premium product — Somersby, a natural apple cider. It is produced under license from Carlsberg Group. Somersby is a successful European brand sold in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, and Finland.
