Baltika Breweries becomes a partner of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum

Baltika Breweries, part of the Carlsberg Group, is to become a partner of the IX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which will take place June 18-20 at Lenexpo Exhibition Complex.

President of Baltika Breweries, Senior Vice President for Eastern Europe Region, Carlsberg Group Jacek Pastuszka, will act as a speaker in the session "Food Market is a potential of Russia as a world leader”. The work program also includes a number of meetings and execution of an agreement with the Government of Samara region. In addition, the forum will be attended by top managers of Baltika: Olga Golchikova, Vice President for Finance, Maksim Lazarenko, Marketing Vice President, Alexei Kedrin, Vice President for Cooperation with Government Agencies and Corporate Relations, Vladimir Vava, Sales Vice President, and Herman Epstein, IT Vice President.

The forum will also be attended by Cees t'Hart, the President and CEO of Carlsberg Group, Co-chair of the EU-Russia Industrialists’ Round Table. He will moderate the round table “The Relationship of the EU – EEU format: A Business Vision.” This will be the first visit of Mr. t'Hart as Head of Carlsberg Group to Russia.

This year, through a partnership with SPIEF, Baltika Breweries will present a special negotiation and business communication platform enabling forum participants discuss business issues in a pleasant and friendly environment. Besides, the visitors will be able to learn about all stages of brewing at a unique Baltika mini-brewery. A Mobile Baltika Brewery is a small brewery on wheels with a complete beer production cycle. This mini-brewery is not only a demonstration exhibit, but also a brewery and an operating mobile laboratory.
