Roman Firsanov was born in 1976 in Tula.
Graduated from Tula State University majoring in automation of food industry. In 1999 received a Master's degree in mechanics & technology, product quality group of the laboratory.

In June 1998 Roman started working at JSC Tulskoye Pivo brewery at the filtration department. The same year he was transferred to brewing department as an operator of grinding machines.
A year later Roman Firsanov was appointed engineer-mechanic of fermentation department and after restructuring became chief engineer-mechanic of beer-production department, then head of technical maintenance department and finally - head of beer-production department.

Since August 2002 until July 2004 he worked as deputy managing director - chief engineer of Baltika-Tula brewery. In July 2004 Roman was appointed Managing Director of Baltika-Khabarovsk brewery.

1st January 2006 Roman Firsanov was appointed Managing Director of Baltika-Tula brewery.
