Daniil Briman was born on October 8, 1970 in Vladivostok. Upon graduating from the Krasnoyarsk Construction Engineering Institute in 1992, he joined the Pikra Brewery and was assigned to a building site where he held the grade of master. A year later he headed the site.

In 1994, under Daniil Briman's guidance, Pikra JSC established a marketing department charged with the task of promoting the company’s brands on the markets of Krasnoyarsk and the Krasnoyarsk region. This department became a top level marketing organization whose efficiency was commented upon by leading food product companies. In 1995 Daniil Briman was appointed General Director of the Pikra Trading House. In 1997 he was appointed Director of Strategy and Development at Pikra Brewery. Under his direction large-scale reconstruction of the brewery was carried out in the period 1998-2002.

In 2003 Daniil Briman became the company’s Executive Director. During this period Pikra JSC successfully passed through the process of certification and was granted a Certificate of Conformity to the international quality standard ISO 9001:2000. On January 1, 2004, by decision of the Board of Directors, Daniil Briman was appointed President of Pikra JSC.

In 1999 he was named ‘Manager of the Year.’ Twice, in 2002 and 2003, he entered the ranks of the ‘200 most professional Commercial Directors in Russia.’ In 2004 and 2005, he was listed among the ‘ТОP-1000 most professional Managers in Russia.’

In October, 2005, Daniil Briman was appointed Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at Baltika Breweries. Beginning August 1, 2006, he also took charge of the Corporate Affairs and Information Department. In connection with the additional responsibilities, his title was changed and he is presently Vice President, HR & Corporate Affairs.

Daniil Briman is a Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Management, Member of Central Council of Agroindustrial Union of Russia

In 2009 Daniil Briman was elected President of the Board of Russian Brewers' Union.

He is married and has 3 children.
