Ekaterina Azimina was born on December 3, 1967 in Leningrad.

In 1990 she graduated with distinction from the Leningrad Engineering and Economics Institute majoring in economics and management of machine-building enterprises. After graduation she remained at the institute to teach at the Department of Industrial Management while also carrying on research work.

Mrs. Azimina has been working at Baltika Breweries since 1996. She started out as deputy chief accountant and in 2003 was appointed Director of Finance and Economics. In 2006 she was appointed Baltika Breweries’ Vice President of Finance and Economics.

Ekaterina Azimina is married and has 3 children.
